Angela R. Joyner is the owner/manager of Elite Mobile Notary Service and has been a notary since 2008. She became a notary while employed at the Virginia Department of Corrections where she worked for sixteen years in the Human Resources. Mrs. Joyner has notarized state official documents, documents of deed and trust, official appointment documents and more. She is a native of the Franklin/Southampton County area. She is a wife, a mother, and a “Me-me”. Mrs. Joyner currently works at Franklin City Public Schools as the Human Resource Coordinator. She previously was Human Resource Manager at Courtland Health and Rehabilitation Center in Courtland, VA until it was sold in March of 2020. Angela also serves at her local church as Sunday School Teacher, Youth and Young Adult Choir Director, Bible Study Teacher, and Church Clerk/Secretary since January 1998.
